OPERATION REGULATION

  1. General Principles

The model chosen for providing services on the eClass website:

  • Scheduling online classes and conducting online learning via third-party intermediaries.

The website eClass.edu.vn is an e-commerce platform providing educational services, established by TRI LINH TRADING AND SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED (abbreviated as Tri Linh), operating based on principles of openness, transparency, and legal compliance.

The regulation is created and applied to all members who register, create buyer or seller accounts, or provide promotional services where eClass acts as an intermediary for transactions.

Individuals participating in activities on the eClass e-commerce platform are free to negotiate based on respect for the rights and interests of all parties involved, as well as the regulations set by the eClass platform. All transactions and products offered must comply with eClass's requirements and guidelines and not violate legal standards.

All categories listed on eClass must comply with relevant legal provisions and must not fall under the prohibited categories as outlined by law or eClass regulations.

All transactions on eClass must be conducted publicly, transparently, and ensure consumer rights.

All content within this regulation must comply with the current legal system of Vietnam. Therefore, individuals participating in the eClass e-commerce platform must understand their legal responsibilities and commit to adhering to the regulations and community standards publicly disclosed by eClass on the platform.

  1. General Regulations

    a) eClass E-commerce Platform:

The eClass e-commerce platform is developed by TRI LINH TRADING AND SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED (Tri Linh) with the domain: https://eclass.edu.vn/vn and available on iOS and Android applications (hereinafter referred to as eClass or EC).

          b) Definitions:

Member: Includes both sellers and buyers. Specifically:

Seller: Individuals or businesses wishing to introduce and provide online courses and have signed a contract with eClass.edu.vn. Sellers are required to register an account, sign a contract, and commit to complying with the eClass regulations.

Buyer (Customer): Any individual who has full legal capacity, is at least 15 years old, and possesses assets to carry out product purchase transactions. Buyers are also required to register an account and provide necessary personal information to verify their identity.

When registering to become a member of eClass, individuals understand that:

  • Each individual is only allowed to register one account for usage.
  • For teachers, eClass will pay salaries on the 8th of each month. If eClass determines that a teacher has violated the regulations of a class or the class has been interrupted for over 25% of the session without the teacher taking appropriate action, eClass will withhold the teaching fee for that session.
  • Trial lessons for teachers will not be paid.
  • Members have the right to choose and purchase products according to their desires following eClass's procedures.
  • All transactions on eClass will be conducted in Vietnamese Dong.
  • Tuition fees will not be refunded in case of any technical issues; instead, eClass will have appropriate compensation policies according to the applicable regulations.

    c) Prohibited Actions: eClass strictly prohibits users and sellers from engaging in any activities not directly related to teaching and learning services, including:
  • Illegal activities: Criminal acts, discrimination, or racial discrimination.
  • Violating public order, safety, or social ethics.
  • Using, selling, or advertising obscene items or related actions.
  • Buying and selling items unrelated to teaching and learning or unauthorized products.
  • Forging or falsifying information, or intentionally altering the truth.
  • Participating in or using information that violates intellectual property rights.
  • And other illegal actions as stipulated by law.

    d) Legal Responsibility: All parties involved have the responsibility to ensure compliance with their commitments when participating in the use or sale of products on eClass. eClass commits to complying with the legal regulations concerning information disclosure, transparency in its mechanisms, and regulations on its website. eClass is responsible for resolving issues related to activities on the eClass platform, technical errors, and issues caused by eClass. However, eClass will not be responsible for any exchanges of information, emails, files, or goods between students, teachers, or third parties. In case of any issues arising from transactions on eClass, eClass will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by students due to the information, files, or goods provided.

eClass is responsible for selecting the sellers. However, the quality of each lesson will depend on the interaction between the teacher and the student, so eClass is not responsible for cases of inconsistent quality.

eClass will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the suspension of services, cancellation of student registration, suspension, modification, addition, or cancellation of services.

eClass will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of services or lessons according to the terms of use.

Teachers and students are responsible for sending emails, posting information, processing emails from service providers, and other related conditions, including ensuring and reporting. Teachers and students agree to allow EC to intervene in any loss or damage resulting from these interactions.

EC will not be required to pay any costs or compensation to teachers or students, including:

Teaching materials or infrastructure necessary for teaching and learning.

Cancellation fees.

Compensation fees in cases of dissatisfaction.

Compensation fees in case of installation errors due to software/system faults.
