eClass is a website/application that provides students with a convenient tool to find teachers and register for online classes. Here, students can actively research and search for teachers that match their learning needs and schedules.
On the other hand, eClass is a platform that supports teachers, lecturers, or students seeking learners to teach and share knowledge. eClass was developed with the goal of connecting teaching resources across the country to enhance the learning capacity of students.
This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose, and/or process the personal data you provide us and/or store about you, whether now or in the future. It also helps you make an informed decision before providing us with any of your personal data.
- MAIN CONTENT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY:
At TRI LINH TRADING AND SERVICES CO., LTD (Tri Linh), the protection of customers' personal data (DLCN) is of utmost importance and must be prioritized. TRI LINH commits to collecting and using personal data in a proper manner and for the correct purposes; enforcing strict regulations to protect personal data even when it is transferred outside Vietnam; and ensuring that any violations of personal data security will be reported and investigated promptly in accordance with the law.
This policy is part of the terms and serves as an inseparable appendix to the service contract that the customer has established with TRI LINH.
a) Purpose of collecting personal data:
The personal data TRI LINH collects from customers may be used for the following purposes:
- To assist customers in shopping and using products.
- To provide information about promotions and new vouchers on the website.
- To carry out marketing and advertising activities to improve services.
- To manage customer information and transactions with eClass.

b) Scope of use of information:
eClass website/application will collect personal data through TRI LINH’s platforms and communication channels. The data collected may include: full name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email, nationality, etc., and/or other information defined as personal data that requires protection under the specific provisions of Articles 3, 4, Clause 2 of Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
Order processing and service provision: Information will be used to process orders, handle deliveries, and provide services based on the user's needs.
Account and transaction management: Information will be used to manage customer account activities, verify identity, and perform transactions on the website.
Customer support: We will use this information to communicate, convey, and resolve inquiries related to products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Improving user experience: Based on the personal information provided, eClass will improve the website’s layout and content, adjusting it to user needs and preferences.
Advertising and information: eClass will carry out advertising activities, promotions, and provide information to customers, based on their needs and preferences. If a customer opts out of receiving promotional information, eClass will respect this and cease further communication.
Market research and analysis: Customer information may be used for market research and analysis to enhance service quality. eClass commits to protecting detailed information and will not disclose it to third parties unless permitted by the customer or required for payment transactions.
c) Retention period of information:
According to Articles 26 and 27 of Decree 53/2022/ND-CP on e-commerce and related provisions on information retention periods, eClass will retain personal data for a minimum of 12 months, and possibly longer, to serve customer needs and handle risks related to cybersecurity, violations, or conflicts. Personal data will be retained for the minimum time required, except where a customer requests data deletion.
d) Individuals or organizations that may have access to this information:
eClass may use the information provided by customers in the following cases:
To share information with third parties for the purpose of requesting services (e.g., providing Skype names, offering payment services, etc.)
In situations where eClass believes that it is necessary to protect the interests of eClass and its customers under the law, or in emergencies where protection of rights and benefits is necessary.
Except for the cases where customer information is used for the purposes and scope specified above, eClass commits not to disclose customer information to external parties.

- For Teacher Accounts: Any updates or modifications to a teacher's information must be reviewed and approved by eClass's management team to ensure accuracy and validity.
- For Student Accounts: Once a user successfully creates a personal account, they can update their personal information after logging into their account.
- Users can modify any information they believe to be incorrect or outdated within their personal information section, but they must ensure the accuracy of the provided data.

Once the complaint is received, a complaint file will be created. The company will begin investigating the validity of the issue. In cases where violations are deemed severe and cannot be handled by standard penalties, the company will take legal action in accordance with current laws to ensure the rights of users are protected.

Search for teachers
I enjoy learning English with native speakers, but I have been living so far away from Ho Chi Minh city. My hometown is in Can Tho province. But through eClass, I can learn this language with foreign teachers as it is fun to skype with them. English is the subject that I study the best comparing to others at school.
I enjoyed studying a foreign language before but I thought that I am not young anymore and I would rarely communicate with foreigners. Therefore, I was hesitant to participate in any English courses. But suddenly when I was taking a business trip abroad, I found it compulsory to spend an hour per day to study with eClass. Its effect made me feel worthy for what I spent and it brought me the respect from my colleagues, a good evaluation of superiors and even the pride from my children that made me extremely happy.
While my friends at the same age who are very good at English and they are able to keep up with studying to achieve international corporations to apply jobs in national corporations with high salary. Because of the limit of English, I earn less than them. To seek for a better job, I determined to join in an English class and after an 8 month course, my English is consolidated and now I am setting a new goal that is to find out a teacher to teach me about technical English.
