PRODUCT SALES REGULATIONS

1. SELLER INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Regulations on managing/controlling the information of sellers:
Users must ensure they meet the minimum age requirement, legal capacity, and personal legal competence. Additionally, members participating on the eClass.edu.vn e-commerce platform are required to follow the registration/login and ordering instructions. eClass requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information. For teacher profiles, you must provide all necessary credentials to prove your qualifications. Once eClass receives your registration information, an interview will be scheduled to discuss the details of the job. All your personal information will be kept confidential during the registration and member verification process. In case of a system error during usage, participants are encouraged to contact the administrative team directly for timely resolution.

• Information Review: eClass's team will review reports to verify the accuracy of information and check for products that may violate regulations.
• Discussion and Resolution: eClass will organize discussions with relevant parties to clarify issues, aiming to resolve the matter through peaceful negotiations.
• If necessary, eClass may involve legal authorities to ensure the legal rights of all parties are protected.
• Content Removal for Violations: If a product is found to infringe on intellectual property rights, eClass will immediately remove it from the platform. eClass will also notify the relevant parties of this decision and the reason for removal.

Sanctions and Handling of Violations of Consumer Rights: If a seller or user violates the rights of the other party, eClass will apply measures depending on the severity of the violation, including:

• Warning Notice: When a violation is detected, eClass will send a warning notice to the violator, informing them of the violation and requesting corrective action.
• Compensation for Damages: eClass will apply a monetary fine as a percentage, with the fine amount determined based on the severity of the violation.
• Account Suspension: In cases of serious violations, eClass reserves the right to suspend the violator's account and prohibit its restoration. This action will be taken if the violation significantly affects the operations of both parties (seller and buyer).
• Legal Action: If a seller or buyer violates the terms or commitments agreed upon with eClass, they will be held accountable according to the agreed-upon penalties. In cases where the violations exceed eClass's capacity for resolution, eClass will seek assistance from Vietnamese legal authorities to handle the matter.

2. PRODUCT SALES REGULATIONS

• Users must commit to confidentiality and comply with intellectual property (IP) laws. 
• eClass will restrict the courses that teachers are allowed to list on their profiles in order to minimize intellectual property issues.
• Prohibited Practices: eClass strictly prohibits unfair competition practices such as impersonating students to downrate teachers or engaging in other activities deemed as unfair competition.

Collaboration with IP Holders:
eClass will work with intellectual property rights holders to review and remove any products that infringe on intellectual property rights on the e-commerce platform.

• eClass is a platform for online courses and teaching. Therefore, each teacher will have different lesson plans and teaching materials that are tailored to individual students.
• eClass will also provide information, knowledge, and promotions on the homepage.
• As such, eClass is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of all parties involved. All content on the homepage, including information, knowledge, and promotions, will be carefully managed to avoid any distortion or misrepresentation.
