Seller/Listing Process - Guidelines and Requirements for Listing Products
Procedure for Sellers/Posting Listings
The transaction process for Sellers follows the terms and agreements between the Seller and Tri Linh (hereinafter referred to as "the Contract") and applicable rules/regulations. Accordingly, Sellers should follow these steps:
Step 1: The Seller (teacher, tutor, etc.) carefully reads the terms and regulations of eClass and registers an account to become a teacher on eClass.
Step 2: Complete the registration form, submit the necessary documents to prove qualifications, account information, and competency records.
Step 3: Select courses and suitable teaching hours to post listings.
Step 4: After receiving the account information, eClass will schedule an interview to discuss and evaluate the Seller’s qualifications.
Step 5: Wait for the confirmation email after the interview and start awaiting bookings from students.
Note: The contract will be established based on the account creation between the Seller and eClass, and eClass's approval of the account will be visible on the website. Once the account is confirmed, the Seller is fully responsible for their actions.
An order is considered complete when the teacher and student finish the lesson and the student leaves a review of the session. Teacher payment will be made according to the terms of the contract.
