Procedure for Buyers
When a buyer wishes to purchase a product on the website eclass.edu.vn, they should follow these steps:
Step 1: After completing the account registration and entering personal information, the student searches for products according to their needs in the "Teacher List" category. The student can review and carefully check the information related to the products (price, types of courses, teachers, class schedule, etc.). The student can use the filter tool to select the most suitable course and time slot.
Step 2: Based on the provided information, the buyer selects a tutor or teacher of their choice and schedules a lesson through the "Schedule" section located in the tutor's profile.
Step 3: The buyer chooses the desired class time and clicks on "Book Schedule" to set the appointment with the teacher. The buyer should review the order details before proceeding with payment (including duration, time, date, etc.).
Step 4: To proceed with the booking, the buyer selects the payment method and clicks the "Pay" button to complete the payment for their order.
Step 5: Once the payment is completed, eClass will temporarily hold the payment as a deposit for the scheduled lesson. The buyer's appointment will be listed in the transaction history, under a "pending confirmation" status.
Step 6: The order is considered successful when the teacher confirms the schedule. The order is completed once the lesson ends, and the student has provided feedback for the session.
Any questions, complaints, or disputes (if any) between the buyer and seller will be resolved in accordance with the law.
