Payment Process

A. Steps for Top-Up Fees on eClass:

Step 1: Choose the "Tuition Fees" section and click on “Top-up Tuition Fees” from the left-hand menu.
eClass offers the following tuition fee packages:

  • Basic Package: 1,000,000 VND (2% discount)
  • Silver Package: 2,000,000 VND (3% discount)
  • Gold Package: 5,000,000 VND (5% discount)
  • Custom Package: Top-up as desired, minimum 100,000 VND

Step 2: Select the tuition fee package and payment method. Click to accept the terms and conditions, then choose the payment method and click “Payment.” The transaction fees will be calculated depending on the selected payment method and amount.

Step 3: After confirming the payment, depending on the chosen payment method, the system will display the confirmation information, including the package, payment details, and recipient account. The user confirms the details and proceeds with the payment.

Step 4: Within 24 hours after receiving the payment request, eClass will process the order and update the balance in the user’s account. The user will receive an email notification confirming the updated balance.

B. Scheduling and Payment Process for Lessons:

Step 1: Choose the “List of Teachers” section from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: From the “Search” tool, filter the search criteria according to your needs and select the appropriate teacher.

Step 3: Click on “Schedule” and review the available times.

Step 4: Choose a suitable time slot and click “Book Now.” A booking dialog box will appear. Select the lesson duration and click “Book” to confirm the transaction.

Step 5: After the transaction is confirmed, the booking will be saved in the lesson history. You will wait for confirmation from the teacher, and an email notification will be sent to confirm the booking was successful. The account balance will be deducted to secure the booking. If the lesson is canceled, the amount will be refunded to the eClass wallet.
